He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lockard and Sally Lockard (Morris). He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Nettles; his children, Debra Leeth (Dwight) of Mancelona, Johnny Alan Lockard of Sand Springs, OK, Kathy McInnis (Dave) of Sand Springs, OK, Delores Orman (Joe) of Big Piney, WY, James Lockard of Mancelona and Mark Lockard (Theresa) of Monroe, GA; and his sister-in-law Ella Nadine Dowdy of Mancelona. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
