He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Meduna and Stella Meduna (Stepka); his siblings, Fred Meduna (Kathy Tibbetts), Florence, Betty, Frances Shelby (Jim), Ann Albright (Norbert) and Joseph Meduna (Alice); and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Meduna, Diane Davis, Darwin Heuck and Rollin Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Heuck; and his sister-in-law Marge Heuck.
