She was predeceased by: her husband Walter J. Witkowski Sr.; and her granddaughter Dana Adamczak. She is survived by: her children, Eva Jaratz (Wall), Virginia "Jean" (Daniel Kuczynski), Lee (Emery Haik), Walter (Barbara Witkowski Jr.) and Richard (Barbara Witkowski); her grandchildren, Vicki Pefley (Jason), Jill Eroh (Bill), Lisa Kuczynski (Rich Obetts), Emelee Drier (Jim), Alex Haik (Courtney Schrauben), Aaron Witkowski (Kelsey), Monica Qulbell (Logan), Wendy Muszynski (Mark), Matthew Witkowski (Gayle) and Elliett Witkowski (Dana); her great grandchildren, James, Megan Pefley, Matthew, Brayden Eroh, Zakary, Rylee Adamczak, Pearl, Gus, Ozzie Muszynski, Jude, Charlie, Henry and Evelyn Witkowski; her brother-in-law John Witkowski Jr.; and her brothers, Thomas Jaratz, Martin Jaratz Jr. and John Jaratz. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, funeral services will be held and announced in the spring of 2021, when the restrictions may ease.
