Gerald Meister Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2020, at the age of 86, Gerald Meister of Manistee, Michigan, born in Bear Lake, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Meister and Ailie Meister (Niematelo); his son Douglas Meister; and his brother Delbert Meister (late Virginia). He is survived by: his wife Lila Meister; his children, Cinda Jones (Brad), Katrina Noel (Rob), Shaune Higgins (Ernie) and Doreen Meister; his grandchildren, Ryan (Jessica), Krysta (Dale), Kayla (Kyle) and Jaime; his great grandchildren, Jonah, Everett, Landon, Taelynn and Conrad; and his siblings, Virginia Koskela (late Cliff), Donald Meister (Kay), Ellis Meister (Dawn) and Joel Meister (Carol).

Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or to the Onekama Lions Club.
