She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Smith and Agnes Smith (Krusniak); her husband Raymond J. Smuda; and her siblings, Eugene, Floyd, Clarence and Phyllis Olen.
She is survived by: her brother Richard; her children, Raymond Smuda (Pamela), Pamela Minster (Ronald) of Manistee and Carol Rich (Randy) of Bonney Lake, WA.; her grandchildren, Aaron Smuda (Jennifer), Emily Downing (Brendan), Alex Rich and Spencer Rich; her great grandchild Tyler Smuda; and her friend Renee Zwiefka. She is also survived by Aunt.
