Kolk (Jean Charteen) of Mesick, Matthew Forslund of Albuquerque, Bradley Forslund of Clovis and Dawn Parr (Allen) of Grand Rapids. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
