With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Brooks of Manistee, Michigan, who passed away on September 5, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Dennis and Elaine Dennis (Proper); her brothers, Jack Dennis and Jerry Dennis; and her son-in-law Rick Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Harris (Arlie Lavender), Steve Allen and Don Allen (Kathy); her grandchildren, Amy Scott (Jim), Eric Harris (Beth), Jason Harris (Shelly), Josh Harris (Sandee), Jenniffer Bassham (Dave), Krystal Allen, Mandy Samuels (Dominic), Austin Allen (Kaitlyn) and Jessie Webber (Tim); and her stepdaughter Pat Sperla. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to organizations that support her passions, such as churches, community theatres, or hospice care associations.
