He was predeceased by: his daughter Brittany Leverich. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Leverich; his daughter Sandra Mitchell; his mother Mary Pickard; his siblings, Lucas, Victoria and Samantha; and his aunt Lisa. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
