With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raphael Anthony Lijewski of Manistee, Michigan, who passed away on September 5, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimer Lijewski and Mary Lijewski (Kott); and his siblings, Gertrude Engwall, Adam Lijewski, Francis Lijewski, Floryan Lijewski, Cecilia Nowak, Valeria Oleniczak and Lucille Lind.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Lijewski; his daughter Linda; his son-in-law Robert Andersen; his sons, Daniel (Valerie Lijewski), Gary (Cherrie Lijewski) and Jeffrey (Elizabeth Lijewski); his grandchildren, Melissa Andersen, Jeffellyn Camacho, Jacquelyn Artim, Andrew Lijewski, Nicole Beck, Jason Lijewski and Matthew Lijewski; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Milani Camacho, Kinley, Carter Lijewski, Owen, Gavin Artim and Landon Ray Beck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Ray's name for the Manistee Chippewa 350 Club Athletic Boosters Fund.
