Kalkofen; her children, David Kalkofen (Anna) and Karen Urquhart (James); her grandchildren, Karie Kirby (Cory), Kraig Steele (Jodi), Kaitlin Alvarez (David) and Nikki Kalkofen; and her sister Elaine Lett. She is also survived by seven great-grand children.
