He was predeceased by: his parents, George Penney and Helen Penney (VonRoemer); and his wife Nadine Penney. He is survived by: his children, Tony Penney (Rita), Timothy Penney (Donna), Tamara Penney and Teresa Pitts; and his siblings, Harold Penney (Shelley) and Ruth Nolf. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Rollins Christian Fellowship Mission Fund- Mission Closet.
