She is survived by : her children, Chris Cook, Nikki Cook, Tiffany Sawyer and Jeremy Francek; her grandchildren, Ashlyn Weiss, Caden Sawyer, Lucas Harrington and Cole Francek; and her siblings, Bobby, Sheila and Lynda.
