She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Sams and Annette Schwartz (Kevin); her daughter Ella Sams; her siblings, Jessica Sams and Rocky Sams (Tiffany Martin); her boyfriend Bill LaFave; her grandmother Joanne Sams; and her siblings' children, Brielle, Kyra, Kameron, Bryan "Bubba" and Melody. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and special family members and friends.
