She was predeceased by: her daughter Becky Ann Kalisch; her son-in-law Liam O'Day; her siblings, Joyce Kantola, Edwin Carlstrom, David Ellis and Peter Ellis Jr.; her brothers-in-law, James Grady and Dale Kantola; her stepfather Wilbert "Harpo" Carlstrom; and her parents, Peter Joseph Ellis Sr. and Delores "Honey" Carlstrom (Kiltinen).
She is survived by: her husband Tom O'Neill; her children, Brenda Humphreys, Deborah Vanlerberghe (Scott), Tammy O'Day, Darrell Gutzman and Dennis Gutzman Jr.; her siblings, Donna Grady, Linda Cain (Charles), Sarah Swain (Dennis), Bette Yost (Chris), Kathy Ellis and Wilbert Carlstrom (Brenda); her sister-in-law Debbie Carlstrom; and her cousin Steve Gardner. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Louis the King Catholic Church (264 Silver Creek Rd, Harvey, MI 49855). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
