He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ritter and Sylvia Ritter; and his wife Maybelle A. Wood. He is survived by: his children, Patsie Stout (Mark), Cecil Ritter Jr., Tammy Teegardin (Robert) and Paul Ritter; his grandchildren, Laurie (Aaron), Crystal, Buddy, Gracie, Charman (Vern) and Billie Jo (Cody); his great grandchildren, Desire, Samantha, Brenden, Sara, Dominick and Adalynn; and his brothers, John and Clyde.
