It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mel O Dea Ramon (Marshall, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Winslow and Melba Winslow (Soulliere); and his siblings, DeeDee Roman and Roger Winslow. He is survived by: his husband Rafael Ramon Jr.; his children, Meldonna Perkins (Jim), Rafael Ramon, III (Treva), Mario (Pati), Sam Ramon (Carol), Alejandro (Robert), Maria VanArman (David), Jacob Ramon, Matthew (Walleed) and Daniel Ramon; his grandchildren, Rafael IV, Mario, Crystal, Meghan, Chelsea, Nicholas, Brady, Alecia, Ryder and Delaney; his great grandchildren, Freeman and Avera; and his siblings, Browning Winslow, Wynne Downing and Summer Parson (Lowell). He is also survived by her friends, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
