She was predeceased by : her husband Martin F. Schultz, Jr.; her parents, Florence Janus and Stephen Janus; and her sister Barbara Locke. She is survived by : her children, Stephen Schultz (Leslie), Mary Hill (Bill), Thomas Schultz (Marilyn), Peter Schultz (Debora) and Martha Smith (Craig); her grandchildren, Christine Sommer (Jacob), Melissa Rothert (Eric), Joel Hill, Matthew Schultz (Anita), Abegayle Hill, Vincent Parker, Alexander Thompson, Kathleen Thompson and Anderson Thompson; and her brother Stephen Janus (Karen). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Liturgy is 11:00 A. M. Thursday, October 22, 2020, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 102 W. Randolph, Lansing with Fr. John Fain presiding. (Masks and social distancing required).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Fairview A.F.C. in memory of Marilyn.
