Othelia Helen Golombisky Obituary

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jerry Velat and Mary (Dostal); her husband Clare "Buck" Golombisky; her son Walter; and her brothers, Bob, Eddie and Jerry.

She is survived by : her daughters, Pam Lopez (Lupe) and Brenda Marczynski (Mike); and her sister Elizabeth Nemecek. She is also survived by three grand children, and three great-grandchildren.
