She was predeceased by : her parents, William Sweet and Edna Sweet (Grieb); her husband Wayne; her siblings, Doris (Leslie George), William (Dorothy Sweet Jr.) and Phyllis (Robert Blake); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Sweet and Louie Schoeppach.

She is survived by : her children, Wayne (Jill Schoeppach, Jr.) and Kim (Nancy Schoeppach); her grandchildren, Dawn (Rob Luce), Todd (Marie Schoeppach), Jennifer (Larry Birmingham) and Michael (Annie Jones); her brother Gene Sweet; and her sister-in-law Florence (Frank Baker).
