It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard D Sawdon (Marysville, Michigan), born in Capac, Michigan, who passed away on May 6, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Sawdon and Wilda Sawdon. He is survived by: his sons, John Sawdon (Corie) and Wayne Sawdon (Terri); his grandsons, Riley Sawdon, Taylor and Austin Stankus; his siblings, Bernice Biehn, Bonnie Williamson, Robert Sawdon, Bruce Sawdon (Joyce) and Brian Sawdon; and his close friend Mark Peruski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or Blue Water Hospice.Arrangements are by the Marysville Funeral Home.
