Oliver J. Chantelois Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oliver J. Chantelois of Michigamme, Michigan, who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Trefle Chantelois and Louise Chantelois (Vadnais); his son Tony Chantelois; and his son-in-law Julio "Jay" DeGuzman. He is survived by: his children, Lisa DeGuzman, Gary and Michelle; his grandchildren, Anton, Christopher, Damon and Jonathan; his great grandchild Scarlett; his brothers, Trefle "Babe" and Marshall; Dean "Dino" Etheridge.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1723 Co Rd AAJ, Champion, MI 49814). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
