She was predeceased by : her parents, Loren C. and Patricia A.. She is survived by : her husband Scott A. Van Epps; her sons, Jimmy Hurd (Jen), Joseph Van Epps and Chad Van Epps (Alyssa); her grandchildren, Olivia Jean Hurd and Landon Scott Hurd; and her siblings, Wendy Smith (Matt), Lisa Guajardo, Chanin Martin (Brion), Scott Van Epps (Ann), River, Marlee, Ace and Ozzy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews.

Contributions in her memory are directed to the Cascades Humane Society or the American Diabetes Association.
