He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Jones and Rosa Jones; and his siblings, Pearl Lane, Earl Jones and George W. Jones, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Bettie Pierce; his children, Cynthia Jones and Donald; his grandchildren, Erin, Brian Keel, Austin and Meghan Jones; his great grandchildren, Blakley, Hoyt, Mavryck, Ryett Jones, Alexis, Gabriel and Lucas Keel; and his brother Charles Jones of Brentwood. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Milan Church of Christ, 825 Church Street, Milan, Michigan, or Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Fund, Nashville, Tennessee.
