She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Fultz; and her parents, Charles Ingram and Irma Ingram (Vancil). She is survived by: her children, Mary Wood (Scott) of Oxford, William Fultz of Mio and Deanna Hager (Carl) of Oxford; and her siblings, Sharon Batchelor (John), Chuck Ingram (Naomi) and Christie Foster (Dulan). She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carol's honor to the Seasons Hospice.
