He is survived by: his wife Catherine M. Brown-Kuba (Peters); his daughters, Debra Kuba McCulloch and Donna Leann Kuba; his stepsons, Mark Levengood, James Brown (Beverly) and Timothy Brown (Brenda); and his stepgrandchildren, Alicia Godbout, Christian Levengood, Mario Brown and Victoria Brown Alexa Brown (Barbara Dumez).
Memorials may be made to Our Lady of the Woods Shrine, American Cancer Society or Leukemia Foundation.
