She was predeceased by: her parents, Orson Sherwood and Magdalena Sherwood (Schrott); her husband Robert; and her siblings, Lee Sherwood and Judy Kilby.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Maier of Mio, MI; her sister Roberta "Bobbie" Willett of Charlevoix, MI; her sister-in-law Ellen Sherwood of Fairview, MI; and her cousin Roma Galbraith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Our Lady of the Woods Shrine Restoration Fund, Hospice Compassus, or to the Activities Department at the Villa at Rose City.
