He is survived by: his parents, John Booth and Michelle Booth (Griffin); his children, Austin Blair of Mio, MI, Katelyn Blair of Arvada, CO, Kyleigh Holberton (Justin) of Mio, MI and Aubri Booth of North Liberty, IN; his siblings, Deana Findlay (Stephen) of Syracuse, UT and Todd Booth of Mio, MI; his granddaughters, Kyla Holberton, Avery Blair and Jaela Holberton; and his siblings' children, Jacob, Molly, B. J. and Morgan.
