She was predeceased by: her mothers, Goldie Brown and Lucille Brown; her former husband Jack; her son James Carpenter; her grandsons, Ethan and Jacob; and her siblings, Olive Largent and Arthur Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Harold of Mio, MI; and her children, Linda Layman of Mio, MI, Jerry Carpenter (Deb) of Michigan City, IN, Cathy Bunting of Florida and Dan Ryckman of Glennie, MI. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.
