He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Manning and Opal Manning (Cole); his wife Sylvia Manning; his brother Randall Manning (Pam); his children, Matthew Manning, Benjamin Manning, Vernon Manning (Jennifer), Carole Kamen (Gary), Ruth Fraser (Bart) and Elizabeth Maldonado; and his stepchildren, Yancy Redman, Talbot Redman, Angelene Wycoff and Sasha Bombe (Mike). He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
