She was predeceased by: her father William Forbing; and her daughter Kayla. She is survived by: her mother Mary Forbing (Hodge) of Mio, MI; her husband Frank Antkowiak of Mio, MI; her children, Kyle Forbing of Cole Forbing, K. C, Branden Antkowiak, Masen Antkowiak and Tristen Antkowiak; and her siblings, Stephanie Freeze of Fairview, MI and Rodney Mayse (Kim) of Mio, MI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
