He is survived by: his wife Laurie Petermeier (Van Roekel); his children, Amanda Petermeier and Josef Petermeier; his siblings, Gaby Sygulla and Bernhard Petermeier (Michaele); and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Barrett, Jerry Van Roekel (Heather) and Kathy King (William). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and much loved friends.
