He was predeceased by: his parents, James Finley and Josie Finley (Bolinger); his siblings, Roy Finley, Carl Finley, Edward Finley, Jay Finley, Hannah O'Neil and Shirley Simpson; and his grandchild Jesse Kincade.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Finley; his children, Debra Manor (Paul) of Lambertville, Karen Kincade (Dan) of Encinitas, Brian Finley (Jeannie) of Monroe, Jeffrey Finley (Mary) of Monroe and Michael Finley (Ada) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Matthew Manor, Andrew Manor, Brian Finley, Jill Finley, Jason Manor, Brendan Finley, Kellie Finley, Nicholas Finley, Noah Finley, Grace Finley and Hannah Finley; and his sister Donna Crook of Monroe. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
