He is survived by: his parent Katherine E Spencer (Hughes); his sibling Waldo M Spencer; and his children, Katrina I Richett (Mark Yoas), Patricia S Shaw (Willard), Norman F Spencer II (Patricia), Sabrina D Kehres (Kenneth) and Michael C Spencer (Lisa).
