She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rutgerus F. and Wilhelmina Lommerse (Need); her spouse Jacob A. Vandermeer; her children, Gerard "Jerry" Vandermeer (Lori) of Monroe, Wilma Vandermeer of Germantown, Margaret Iott (Michael) of Fort Wayne, James Vandermeer (Lisa) of Smyrna, Michael Vandermeer (Julie) of Manchester, Annette (Dayton) and Latty of Monroe; her sisters, Elizabeth Okkerse of Columbus and Wilma Kalamaja of Torrington; her grandchildren, Christine, Rachael, David, Andrea, Caitlyn, Erica, Jaclynn, Jacob, Craig, Anthony, Brandon and Emily; and her brothers, John Lommerse, Ted Lommerse and Rudy Lommerse.
