He was predeceased by: his parents, James Myers and Arlene Myers (Hyrns); and his daughter Tina Marie Myers. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Derrick Smith, Dale, Tammy Myers, Jr., Rodney D., Wendy Smith, MIchael and Matthew L. Smith; and his siblings, Carla Ripka, Alan (Mariann Myers), Kim (Jody Myers) and Dennis Myers. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
