He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Leon and Ceferina Zapata; and his wife Edith. He is survived by: his children, Giovanni, Edson, Enrique Zapata and Clarena Morales. He is also survived by 3 sisters and one brother.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sullivan and Son Funeral Directors-Utica (8459 Hall Rd, Utica, MI 48317). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
