She was predeceased by: her mother Kathlean Brewster-Jones; her son Milton J Woods; her father Henry Lee Jones; her grandparents, Lola B Jones and LaVelle Brewster; and her siblings, Henry Lee Jones Jr., Billy Roy Brewster and Carolyn D Gray.
She is survived by: her husband John Woods; her son Warren Wendell Woods (Fredrina); her daughter-in-law Rodena Woods; and her siblings, Clementine Hill, Jennie Darnell (Billy), Dewanda Kay Jones and Don Kevin Jones. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
