She was predeceased by : her husband Harold; her son Tom; and her brother Richard Phillips. She is survived by : her parents, Forrest Phillips and Dorothy Phillips (Olmstead); her children, Laurie Anne Montague (Don) of Kansas City, Linda Sue Cappello (Alex) of Los Angeles, Doug Nichols (Pat) of Fruitport and Richard Nichols (Doris) of North Muskegon; and her daughter-in-law Wendy of Muskegon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Fruitport District Library in Mrs. Nichols' honor.
