She was predeceased by : her parents, James Hood and Minnie Hood (Thomas). She is survived by : her sister Paula Rahe (James); her niece Ann Marie Love (Dan); her great-nephews, Henry Love and Josh Love; and her sister-in-law Judy Gerdeman. She is also survived by numerous cousins; and many dear friends.

Memorial Contributions in her honor can be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or Pound Buddies.
