It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Koziak (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Steve Koziak and Dorothy Koziak (Kennert). He is survived by : his wife Kathryn Koziak; his sons, Scott Koziak (Amanda), Matthew Koziak (Melissa) and Michael Koziak (Jennifer); and his siblings, Janice Childs, Judy Green (David) and Mark Koziak. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Stephen's honor can be made to the American Cancer Society.
