He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Tollenaar Sr.; and his son Peter Tollenaar. He is survived by: his mother Dorene LeBaron; his close friend Teresa Pulsifer; his children, Tiffany Tollenaar, Wayne Tollenaar III, Kailee Fitzgerald and Samantha Fitzgerald; his grandchildren, Corbin, Wayne IV, Eelayna, Peter, Bentley and Zoey; and his siblings, Lisa Slagle (Robert), Karla Derwin, Orrin Harrington (Lois Pulsifer) and David Harrington (Stephanie Thompson).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of Teresa Pulsifer.
