He is survived by: his children, Justin Ragan of National City, Hillerie Rettelle (Dan) of Traverse City, Sunny Puzjak (Chris) of Georgetown, KY and Cory Ragan of National City; and his granddaughters, Chloe and Sammie. He is also survived by Three brothers, two sisters, extended family and many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dennis to; Locks of Love (234 Southern Boulevard, W. Palm Beach, Florida 33405-2701).
