He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Norris and Almeda Norris (Bays); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Norris and Judy Norris. He is survived by: his friends, Eric, Paulette Martin, Louis and Maudie Zimmer; and his siblings, Bill Norris, Jim Norris (Gayle), Robert Norris, Christina Thompson (Marvin) and Pert Carter (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
