He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Robert R. Kandt (Shirley) and Frederick L. Kandt. He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his brother Roger Hurley (Chad); his sibling's children, Crista Collins (Bruce), Gary R. Kandt (Dawn) and Curtis A. Kandt (Julie); and his sister-in-law Gloria J. Kandt.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church Human Care Fund.
