He was predeceased by: his parents, Stafford White Halstead and Sophia Bloom Halstead; his sisters, Becky Halstead and Loretta Runey; his wife Joanne Halstead; and his grandson Steven Hoffman.
He is survived by: his brother Alan Halstead (Sandy); his stepchildren, Wendy Willming (Paul), Greg Hoffman (Bonnie), Jeff Hoffman, Gary Hoffman and Jay Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Michael Hoffman, Scott Hoffman, Laura Willming, Matthew Willming and Kara Willming (Fiance' Conner Wagner).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bay-Rama or Vets Returning Home.
