He is survived by: his spouse Jennie Clutts; his son Mark Johnson (Debbie); his sibling's children, Jeff Johnson (Sandie), Darryl Johnson (Kim), Dana Smith (Dave), Lisa Spaller (Fred), Kevin Johnson (Renee), Dawn Wawrzynia (Jim), Stacy Chaffee (Mike), Cathy Casey, Chris Clutts (Stacy), Carrie Clutts and Ryan Clutts; Donald G. Johnson. He is also survived by great nieces and great nephews and other extended family.
