She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Ball and Elizabeth Ball; her husband Gerard Hayes; and her children, Kevin Hayes, Karen Ladouceur (Phil) and Christopher Hayes (Jennifer). She was also cherished by five grandchildren.
