Rowley (New Baltimore, Michigan), born in East Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Rowley and Vera Rowley; his wife Mary Ann; his children, Kenneth (Deborah), Richard (Cynthia), Shawn (Beth), Craig (Deborah) and Thomas (Dawn); and his siblings, Maxine Neiswander and Richard Rowley. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
