It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Sleeper (Newberry, Michigan), born in East Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on April 1, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Keith S. Sleeper; her brothers, Harold, Frank and David; and her daughter-in-law Gail.
She is survived by: her children, David Sleeper (Cindy Orlich) of Sanford, Barbara Sleeper of Newberry, Mary Sleeper of Newberry and Nancy Sleeper of Newberry; her grandchildren, Dr. Keith Sleeper (Kelly), Alger and Kirsten Carlson (Aron) of Royal Oak; her great grandchildren, Russell, Sloane Carlson, Sara Joy and Samantha Gail Sleeper; and her sisters-in-law, Fran Wangberg, Bev Wangberg and Dorothy Wangberg.
