He was predeceased by : his sister Peggy Lee Lozano. He is survived by : his wife Connie Lynn Lozano (Moore); his parents, Richard Lozano of Houston and Cecilia B. Lozano of Erie; his siblings, Benito (Sarah) of Toledo, Larry of Erie, Mike of Monroe, Rich Lozano (Sonja) of Monroe, Christine Martinez of Monroe and Lisa Dellagarza (Victor) of Texas; and his pets, Charlie and Bella. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nephews as well as a niece.
